The Bubbly Monk

Ingredients
1oz Benedictine
1oz Lemon Juice
3 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
Splash Simple Syrup
Splash Prosecco
Lemon Twist for Garnish

Method:
Add benedictine, lemon juice, bitters and simple syrup to mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into flute. Top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist.
