- 1 Egg
- 1.5 oz Spiced Rum
- 1/8 oz St Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
- Dash of Scrappy’s Barrel Aged Bitters
- 1 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 oz Sugar
Method:
Combine ingredients and dry shake for 3 seconds before adding ice and shaking for 5 seconds.
Strain into a snifter and garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
